Returns & Exchanges

At Besco Hyper, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Besco Hyper account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
